The Marina de Denia Sport and Leisure Harbour belongs to several associations that are chaired by its CEO, Gabriel Martínez.
SPANISH FEDERATION OF SPORT AND LEISURE MARINA ASSOCIATIONS (FEAPDT)
The Spanish Federation of Sport and Leisure Marina Associations was formed in 1983 and currently includes associations from Andalusia, Asturias, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Cantabria, Catalonia, Galicia, Murcia, Valencia, Ceuta and Melilla.
Along Spain’s nearly 8000 km of coastline including its mainland, island and African shores, there are 375 nautical facilities with 134,725 berths.
The goal of the FEAPDT is to oversee developments and improvements in the sector in technical terms as well as from a social, sporting and environmental perspective, with a special focus on ensuring optimal integration between harbours and cities.
ASSOCIATION OF SPORT AND LEISURE MARINAS OF THE REGION OF VALENCIA
The Association of Sport and Leisure Marinas of the Region of Valencia is a private, non-profit organisation that was created on 22 March 2007 to unite harbour and dry-port managers from across the region.
Its main aim is to look out for their interests as businesses and modernise their professional management. In doing so, it aims to see harbour activity classed within nautical tourism. The Association currently has 14 member harbours.
PORT CONSULTANCY BOARD OF DENIA HARBOUR
The Port Board is a professional association comprising all concessionaires operating in Denia Harbour and plays an informative role, bringing the harbour closer to society.
